CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

Reservations must be made by e-mail or website.

The depositi s of 30%.

The deposit can be pay by bank trasfer. You can also provide credit card date (during the reservation), in this case we keep the deposit of 30% only with a delation 7 or less deys before the reservation. We can check the credit card validity when you make the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations made during the last 7 days prior to the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be retained. If the cancellation is made prior to this period, the deposit will be refunded.

PAYMENTS

The balance of the amount due for the apartment rental must be paid in cash or by credit card upon collecting the keys, during the check-in.

CHECK-IN

We need all documents (ID card or passport) at the check-in. You can also make an online check-in, before your arrival.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The customer can take possession of the apartment from 2:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on the date of arrival, and must vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the date of departure (with the exception of any special requirements agreed in advance).
The apartment may not be occupied by a greater number of people than those indicated in the reservation.

LOCAL ACCOMMODATION TAX AND TOWELS

The rate does not include the local accommodation tax of 1 Euro per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (excluding children under 12 years of age).

PETS AND KIDS’ BEDS

While we also accept pets, there will be an extra charge applied to the cleaning fee.
The kids’ beds are rented from Chalet Selva (until exhaustion).
